Privacy policy
A straightforward approach to the information you share.
What the website collects, what it uses it for, and how to ask Eric to delete it.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message through the contact form, Eric receives your name, email address, message, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, business name, and whether you'd like an appointment. The form sends this to Eric by email. It is not saved in a website database.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To stop repeat spam, the site briefly keeps a scrambled (one-way coded) version of your email address and internet address, for no longer than an hour.
Website analytics
The site uses Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found the site. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block or delete them in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on.
Fonts
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page opens.
The client portal
The Client Portal opens ShareFile, a separate secure file-sharing service with its own sign-in and privacy terms.
Passwords and sensitive details
Please don't send passwords, access codes, or account numbers through the contact form. If access is needed, Eric will set up a secure way to share it first.
What Eric doesn't do
Eric doesn't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Questions or deletion
To ask what Eric has from the site, or to have it deleted, call (303) 345-8198 or send a message through the contact form.
